No.1 Charlotte Street really has become his second home, and with 30 years in charming Fitzrovia he’s definitely considered a local.

CHARMAINE JOSE
DIRECTOR
Charmaine is our gorgeous Salon Director who arrives every morning on her very hip Vespa. She ensures that every client gets the VIP customer experience that they deserve. Her genius is managing a bunch of creatives and keeping them all pointing in the same direction with smiles on their faces.

EVELINA LUNDGREN
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Evelina is our Scandi blonde expert having arrived from Sweden to Andrew Jose 10 years ago she soon set about becoming one of London’s most sought after hairs colourists and stylists. Complementing her salon work Evelina is also gaining a name in fashion circles – working on many prestigious designers runways shows at London Fashion Week creating trend setting colours and styling.

GLEN BURR
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Glen is both a true hairdressing craftsman and a supreme colour artist. Clients choose Glen for his specialties to create effortless, personalised hair cut and colour that is flattering for all ages, hair and skin types. An accomplished educator, Glen continues to share his knowledge with younger team members and selected salons in the UK and Ireland.
Glen’s perfect day: “Out, golfing with mates.”
NATASHA S. BRAJOVIC
SALON DIRECTOR
Natasha is an Afro textured hair specialist and a passionate creative member of the team at Andrew Jose and will often be seen researching and identifying coming trends that she can introduce to her every growing client list. She is fluent in 5 languages. As an experienced make-up artist who loves to create the complete look for brides she has a deep understanding of colour and is a salon colour master. Natasha trains our apprentices on Mondays and is engaged in all our advanced educational courses.
Natasha loves: “Charlotte Street because of its’ busy village feel coupled with its great restaurants.”
LOUISA
Apprentice
Louisa is building up the clientele who enjoy glamorous blowdries and hair styling. Her other passions, apart from a small talk about the makeup, are hair extensions and hair colouring. In her spare time she likes to go shopping and explore London.
In her own words: “I aspire to be a very successful hairdresser, specifically a session stylist.”
CAITLIN
Apprentice
It is a pleasure to see Caitlin’s growth and learning progress. Being a perfectionist is not an easy path to choose, but Caitlin takes it as a strength and proves it right. She’s very determined to understand and driven to practice what’s learnt. She’s on the first year of her apprenticeship. Caitlin is passionate about Spanish language and hair braiding and can be often found browsing and shopping in hair shops.
In her own words: “I aspire to be a successful Afro textured hair specialist because then I will be able to do anything with my friends’ hair.”
JANIE
SENIOR STYLIST
Janie started as a junior stylist at Andrew Jose 33 years ago and has grown to be a fantastic hairdresser with a wonderful loyal clientele. She is an all round excellent stylist and has earned a reputation as a precision cutter extraordinaire! For appointments with Janie be sure to plan well ahead, she’s always booked up.

AISHA
Senior Stylist Currently on Maternity Leave
Aisha is a true fountain of knowledge when it comes to colouring and cutting hair. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of contemporary colouring and styling techniques and has an ever growing client base of discerning clients looking for something special from this talented stylist. Aisha is proud of her Dual English/Moroccan heritage. Based at AJ for over 8 years she is the self-confessed queen of balayage.

KRIZIA
CURRENTLY IN THE USA
Stylist Krizia, born in Sicily, Italy istarted making a name for herself with her amazing super blow drys. This young lady is fast becoming an experienced stylist. Krizia believes that the training she has received in London has been the best in the world and she is thrilled to have had the opportunity to learn her craft at Andrew Jose Salon. Now, she can be found working in Mario Russo Newburry st. salon in Boston, Massachusetts .
